When she is not co creating with God, you will find Laurean spending time with her very cool adult children, loving on her adorable grandchildren, enjoying her friends around a fire pit, worshiping Jesus, reading, and watching British comedies all while
drinking coffee with sugar free hazelnut creamer.
Laurean currently resides outside of Pittsburgh, PA and fully intends to own a plane one day to travel the world and break poverty off the earth!

Our team is comprised of entrepreneurs from various backgrounds and experience. Collectively, each member contributes his or her very best effort to ensure that the Launch Collective EXPO is the preeminent platform for
faith driven entrepreneurs and visionaries.
DIRECTOR OF CULTURE:
LYNNANN VOORHEES
Lynnann has been described by those who know her as, first and foremost, a creative genius. Because she's an innovator, her diverse career background has always combined the creative with new technology. This background includes a digital recording engineer, musician, songwriter, martial arts instructor, computer technician, website developer, and industrial security officer, as well as an on-going creator of augmented reality education.
Lynn is an entrepreneurial visionary. Prior to founding Pear Enterprises Inc., Lynn has owned a martial arts studio, property management company, and is also the inventor of the SaniPak, a portable sanitary tissue disposal pack to help stop the spread of germs and sickness.
BRAND INOVATOR:
KIM GUTHRIE
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, Kim leveraged her skills and experience gleaned from both her 16-year teaching career in Multi-Media and English and her 2-year stint as a Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator into operating her own graphic and web design business, Joyous Graphics Lab.
Kim's specialty is helping new businesses, entrepreneurs, and innovators create and position their brand so that they stand out amidst competitors in the marketplace.
Kim's heart is to also help current and established businesses reassess and update their branding and branding identity to ensure that both align with their business' current growth and direction.
Kim excels at bringing each client’s vision to life, while infusing her own recognizable style in each design project she tackles.
FACILITATOR OF FLOW:
CHERIE DIXON
As the Event Coordinator, Cherie adds her expertise to help ensure that the Expo runs smoothly from set-up to break-down. She has years of experience planning and coordinating special events in her own business, Truly Eventful with Cherie. Cherie has successfully organized and executed events of all kinds, from weddings, showers & graduations to corporate functions and fundraisers. Her creativity, organizational skills and attention to details will benefit our sponsors, vendors, speakers & volunteers.

Eyan is recording artist and the owner of D14 Records. Eyan brings his digital management, producing, digital editing, record promotion, and collaborative experience working with some of the most recognizable brands and talents to The Launch Collective. His creative insight helps us to bridge a connection with our audience, increase brand awareness and stand out on social media.

Kelly Mitchell is a prophetic prayer warrior who helps entrepreneurs 'strategically align their businesses with the Kingdom of Heaven. Kelly decrees and declares powerful prayers that seed the ground for a harvest of wealth, wisdom and creativity to bloom and grow. Everything we do at the Launch Collective is first submitted under the covering of Kelly's anointed prayers that bring the atmosphere of heaven into all we do! Kelly is a gifted teacher and is passionate about teaching others to pray and recognize their own prophetic abilities within.

Lucia Cintra Photography specializes in magazine inspired portraits for couples and women, as well as creating visual content for business with personal branding and professional headshots. All sessions are fully designed and personalized to capture not only beautiful photographs of who you are, but also provide clients with an "all about you" experience.
INNOVATIVE INSTIGATOR:
TANYA BASHOR
Tanya is a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach and the owner of Impart Clarity, a Career and Personal Transformational Coaching Service. Her love for thinking outside the box, looking at things from all viewpoints, and imparting clarity on decisions and future plans are what inspired her to leave corporate America.
Her innate ability to connect with people, along with her creativity and brainstorming skills inspire creative thinking and clear decision making in all who interact with her.
As a Kingdom minded company one of our core tenants is to see our members and fans of the Launch Collective have an opportunity to create a stream of revenue by simply referring other Entrepreneurs, Businesses, Corporations and Individuals who they know have a passion to grow as Wealth Creators™.
